Chocolate Confectionery
Bars, tablets, pralines, chocolate-coated nuts, dates and dried fruit for retail and gifting. European and Middle Eastern brands, plus private-label options.

Wholesale confectionery & sweets · Netherlands
Plusimpex B.V. imports and distributes wholesale confectionery from the Netherlands to retail chains, ethnic grocers, distributors and food-service businesses across Europe. Chocolate and sugar confectionery, halva, nougat, Turkish delight (lokum), baklava, dragées and traditional Middle Eastern sweets — sourced from audited producers, labelled to EU requirements and supplied from single pallets to full container programmes.
Our confectionery range
Confectionery is bought by channel: what sells in a supermarket seasonal aisle is not what an ethnic grocer or a hotel buffet needs. The six lines below cover the demand we see most — tell us the channel and we will match products, pack sizes and price points to it.

Bars, tablets, pralines, chocolate-coated nuts, dates and dried fruit for retail and gifting. European and Middle Eastern brands, plus private-label options.

Tahini (sesame) halva plain, pistachio, cocoa and vanilla, plus sunflower halva. Retail tubs and 2–5 kg catering blocks from Turkish, Greek, Iranian and Lebanese producers.

Lokum with pistachio, hazelnut, rose and pomegranate; soft and hard nougat with almonds and pistachios. Gift boxes, bulk trays and cut-to-size logs for food service.

Pistachio and walnut baklava, kadayif, maamoul, sohan and Persian and Levantine sweets. Ambient, chilled or frozen formats for retail counters, hotels and caterers.

Hard candy, toffee, jellies, marshmallow and sugar- or chocolate-coated dragées (almonds, hazelnuts, chickpeas). Bulk bags for pick-and-mix and retail bags under your label.

Date-based energy bars, fruit leather, pestil, churchkhela and nut brittle — natural sweets that bridge confectionery and healthy snacking for supermarkets and organic retail.
Quality & compliance
Imported sweets fail at the border or on the shelf for the same reasons: labelling, additives and shelf life. Before a product is listed we check the recipe, colours and allergens against EU regulation, confirm the labelling and lock the shelf life on arrival — so what you order can go straight to the shelf.

Who we supply
A Christmas gift range, a Ramadan promotion and a hotel dessert buffet need different products, packs and lead times. These are the four channels we serve most.
Seasonal and everyday confectionery ranges, private-label gift boxes and world-food aisle listings with EU-compliant labelling.
Authentic Turkish, Persian, Arabic and Balkan sweets — halva, lokum, baklava and dates in chocolate — with reliable Ramadan and Eid supply.
Mixed-pallet and full-container programmes for cash-and-carry, foodservice wholesalers and online retailers across the EU and UK.
Bulk baklava trays, halva blocks, portion-packed lokum and dragées for buffets, minibars, gift amenities and in-flight service.
Sourcing & logistics
We work directly with confectionery manufacturers in Türkiye, Iran, Lebanon, Greece, the Balkans and Western Europe, and consolidate through the Port of Rotterdam. One supplier, one invoice and one delivery — whether the order is a single brand or a mixed pallet from five producers.

Buyer questions
Most products are available from one pallet, and several products can be combined into a mixed pallet or container. Branded retail lines may carry a minimum per SKU set by the producer; we confirm this on the offer.
Yes. Chocolate, halva, lokum, dragées and fruit bars can be produced under your brand with your artwork. Typical private-label minimums start at 1,000–3,000 units per SKU depending on the product and packaging.
The majority of our Middle Eastern and Turkish confectionery is Halal certified, and we state certification per product. All products are supplied with EU-compliant ingredient and allergen labelling, either printed by the producer or over-labelled in the Netherlands.
We agree a minimum remaining shelf life on arrival (usually 75% of total). Chocolate is shipped and stored at 12–18 °C to prevent bloom; fresh baklava and pastries are supplied frozen or chilled with a defined thaw-and-sell window.
Throughout the EU, the UK, Scandinavia and — for re-export — the Gulf and North Africa. Quotes are given on your preferred Incoterm, and we can deliver ambient or temperature-controlled to your warehouse under DAP or DDP.
