Wholesale seeds & processed ingredients · Netherlands
Plusimpex B.V. imports and supplies bulk edible seeds and processed food ingredients from the Netherlands to food manufacturers, bakeries, snack and bar producers, nut-butter brands and ingredient distributors across Europe. Sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, flax and chia seeds; tahini, nut pastes and butters; dried-fruit pastes, dices and flakes; nut flours, powders and roasted or coated seeds — produced to your specification and delivered in cartons, pails, blocks, drums or IBCs.
Our seeds & processed range
Processed ingredients are bought against a functional spec — particle size, fat content, moisture, roast level — not just an origin. The six groups below cover what bakeries, bar makers and manufacturers ask us for most; tell us the recipe and the line, and we will match the format to it.

Quality & specification
A processed ingredient has to perform on the line, not just pass at the border. Before an order is confirmed we lock the functional parameters — particle size, fat and moisture, roast colour, water activity, microbiology — with your technical sheet, produce a pre-shipment sample for approval and document every lot on the certificate of analysis that travels with the goods.

Who we supply
A bar maker, an industrial bakery and a spread brand each need the same almond in a different form. These are the four channels we serve most.
Sesame and seed toppings, sliced and diced nuts, fruit pastes and dices, hazelnut and pistachio pastes for fillings, enrobing and inclusions.
Date paste as a binder, nut butters, roasted seed mixes, coated inclusions and fruit flakes with consistent moisture and particle size for extrusion and forming lines.
Tahini, nut butters and seed protein powders for retail spreads, plant-based dairy, hummus, sports nutrition and free-from ranges — bulk or filled under your label.
Mixed-pallet and container programmes of seeds, pastes and cuts for ingredient wholesalers, catering suppliers and ethnic-food distributors across the EU and UK.
Sourcing & processing
We source raw seeds, nuts and fruit from the same growers and packers that supply our whole-product programmes, and have them processed at audited partner facilities in Türkiye, Iran, Greece, Italy and the Netherlands. The finished ingredient is consolidated through the Port of Rotterdam — one supplier, one technical contact and one delivery for every SKU in your recipe.

Buyer questions
Whole seeds start at one pallet (around 1,000 kg). Pastes, butters, flours and cut nuts are produced to order, so minimums are typically 500–1,000 kg per SKU, or one production batch for custom recipes. Several SKUs can be combined into a mixed pallet or container.
Yes. Send us your technical sheet — particle size, roast level, fat and moisture, packaging — and we will produce a pre-shipment sample for approval before the first batch. Custom roasted seed mixes, coated inclusions and fruit-paste blends are developed the same way.
Sesame and tahini are sourced only from producers with validated kill steps (steam sterilisation or roasting), tested for Salmonella on every lot and, where required, again on arrival. Allergen status and cross-contact (sesame, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten) are declared per product and per facility.
Yes. EU-certified organic sesame, sunflower, flax, chia, tahini and nut butters are available; nut and seed flours are produced in gluten-free lines with a declaration; Halal and Kosher certificates are supplied for products that carry them. Tell us early in the enquiry, as certified minimums and lead times differ.
Whole seeds keep 12–24 months cool and dry. Pastes and butters keep 9–12 months at ambient (below 20 °C, no light), with oil separation normal in natural products. Nut flours and cut nuts are the most oxidation-sensitive: 6–9 months nitrogen-flushed, longer if chilled. See our storage guides.
Yes — we ship throughout the EU, the UK, Scandinavia and the Middle East. Quotes are given on your preferred Incoterm, and we can arrange ambient or temperature-controlled transport to your plant under DAP or DDP.
